This guide explains step by step how to open the AI Scene Library, generate your own 360° scenes, and use the internal gallery to share and explore scenes with other clinics.

Open the AI library
To access the AI library, click the AI library icon in the top left of the VR Coach software. This overview shows all AI scenes already generated by your facility. You can select any scene and click “Play” to preview it.

Create a new scene
To create a new scene, click the “Create” button at the bottom of the AI Library. You will then be taken to the AI Dashboard.
Before you can use the dashboard, you must register once. Please use the same email address that you also use to log in to the VR Coach app. This ensures that your account can be correctly linked and that the scenes you create are automatically synchronized with the app.
After registering, you can log in using the same credentials.
You can also access the dashboard directly at www.vrcoach-ai.at. This allows you to generate scenes independently of the VR system. When you later open the AI menu inside the VR system, all scenes created on the website will be downloaded automatically.

Enter a text prompt
In the AI Dashboard, enter a clear and simple sentence describing the scene you want to generate. Specify the public location, people, and action.
Examples:
“Two men are standing in front of a train station and taking turns drinking from a bottle.”
“I am standing on a crowded escalator in a shopping mall going up.”
The more precise your description, the more realistic the generated scene will be.

Generate the scene
Click “Generate Scene” to create the scene. The AI generates a photorealistic 360° environment within seconds. Each generation deducts credits from your account. You can check your current credit balance at any time in your user profile.
After generation, the content is automatically saved to your “My Gallery”. The created scenes appear automatically in the Smart System AI menu as soon as it is opened — no further steps are required.
Public Gallery
The Public Gallery is a central platform within the VR Coach community where clinics and therapeutic institutions can share and access AI-generated scenes.
Although it is called Public Gallery, the sharing remains internal and limited to verified VR Coach users.
To share a scene, open it in your My Gallery and select Publish to Public Gallery. Your scene will then be visible to other users and can be used by them. Sharing is voluntary and can be disabled at any time.
You can also browse the Public Gallery to view and add scenes created by other institutions. Select a scene and click Add to include it in your own My Gallery. The scene will then appear as part of your personal library.
Each video in My Gallery displays its availability duration in the lower-right corner. When the duration expires, the scene is automatically removed from My Gallery and remains accessible only via the Smart System AI menu.
By sharing scenes through the Public Gallery, users gain access to an ever-expanding collection of VR therapy scenes, facilitating collaboration and content diversity within the professional community.
Important notes:
Scenes from the Public Gallery do not appear automatically in your library.
Only administrators can permanently delete scenes from the Public Gallery.
Deleting a scene in My Gallery does not remove it from the Smart System AI menu.
Deleting it in the Smart System AI menu will also remove it from My Gallery (a confirmation pop-up appears).
The “Delete all local data” button in the Account / Storage menu will also delete locally stored AI videos.
Usage Notes
- The AI generates only public locations (e.g., train stations, shopping malls, streets).
- Private interiors such as apartments are not generated.
- All content is stored in your user account and synchronized with the Smart System AI menu.
- Each organization starts with 5,000 credits; additional credits can be purchased at any time.
- Newly generated scenes are downloaded only after the Smart System AI menu is opened.
